Hand-woven fabric can vary by up to half an inch across its width. That small irregularity is the signature of a pit loom, not a defect.

Vastra began in a small weaving cluster in Bhuj, where every metre of fabric carries the fingerprints of the artisan who made it. We work directly with handloom weavers across Kutch, Chanderi and Bengal — paying fair wages, honouring slow craft, and designing pieces meant to outlast the season.

Before You Order
Wash cold by hand with a mild liquid detergent, separately for the first two washes — natural dyes bleed a little at the start. Dry in the shade and steam-iron on the reverse. Never bleach.
You get one free size exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the garment is unworn with tags intact. We arrange the pickup and ship the replacement at our cost.
Pan-India shipping is standard. For international orders, write to us with your ZIP or postcode and we'll share a courier quote and delivery window before you pay anything.
