Yes. Slab rates apply from 10 units and the cart total drops on its own — you do not have to negotiate. Above 100 units, ask for a quote and we sharpen it further.
Send us the invoice number and a short description of the fault. We raise it with the brand's service centre, follow it up and tell you where it stands. You do not stand in the queue.
Yes. Put the site address at checkout with a contact number for whoever will receive it. Heavy and long items are delivered kerbside, so keep someone available to move them in.
Unused items in original packing can go back within 15 days with the invoice. We arrange the pickup. Consumables — blades, bits, abrasives, sealants — can't be returned once opened.
