Our weavers set the warp for each design in batches of ten — which is why a sold-out weave takes about three weeks to return.
Checked by hand
Every saree is inspected for weave breaks and zari pulls, then measured, folded and tagged before it is listed.

Wrapped in a muslin sleeve inside a rigid box and dispatched within 48 hours, with tracking sent on WhatsApp.

Almost every saree includes a matching unstitched blouse piece of about 0.8 m. The product page states the exact length, and clearly flags the few sarees that are an exception.
Yes — fall-and-pico finishing can be added to silk and cotton sarees at checkout for a small charge. It adds two working days to dispatch.
Every listing prints the weave, the zari type and the net weight, and the same details appear on your invoice. If what arrives does not match the listing, send it back within 7 days for a full refund.
Unused sarees with tags intact can be returned within 7 days. Sarees that have been draped, altered or had fall-and-pico done cannot be returned, since that finishing is done to your measurements.
