Founded in the by-lanes of old Jaipur, Ratna began as a single karigar's workbench and grew into a house trusted with wedding trousseaus across three generations. We still hand-pull our gold wire, hand-set every stone, and finish each piece under a jeweller's loupe.

Every piece is BIS hallmarked with a six-digit HUID that you can verify yourself on the BIS Care app. Purity, gross weight and net gold weight are also printed on your invoice.
Yes. Ratna pieces can be exchanged against a new purchase at the day's gold rate for their net gold weight, or bought back on the terms printed on your invoice. Bring the piece and the original bill.
Ask us for a free ring sizer and we will post it to you, or share the inner diameter of a ring you already wear. We resize once free within 30 days of delivery.
Fully. Every order ships in a tamper-evident pouch, insured door to door, and is handed over only against an OTP and photo identification.
