Herbal and low-toxicity treatments for homes with small children, elderly parents, pets and people who simply do not want their kitchen fogged. We tell you exactly what goes down and why.
Book a visitIt means the right material, placed where it matters, instead of a room full of fog.
Herbal-first, always
Neem, plant-oil and diatomaceous protocols are our default. We move up only when the infestation genuinely needs it — and we tell you when we do.
Planned around your home
Infants, pregnancy, asthma, elderly parents, cats, dogs, fish, birds. Tell us at booking and the protocol is chosen around them, not despite them.
Low odour, short clearance
Most of our work needs an hour, not an evening out of the house. The exact re-entry time is written on your report.
Nothing unnamed
Every material used is written down by name and dilution. If you want to look it up before we start, we will wait.
Four steps, and you are told what happens before each one.
Ages, allergies, pregnancy, pets, aquariums. This decides the protocol before we decide anything else.
We find the harbourage, photograph it, and quote a fixed price with the materials named.
Applied to cracks, voids and drains — not misted through rooms your family lives in.
We come back to verify it worked. If it did not, the next visit is on us.
Why we changed how we work
A customer asked us what was in the canister. Nobody on the van could answer her. That was the last week we worked that way.
Since then every technician is trained to name what they are using, why that material and not another, and how long the family needs to stay out. Where a herbal or low-toxicity protocol will genuinely solve the problem, that is what we use. Where it will not, we say so plainly rather than pretend — and you choose.
Herbal by default
The lowest-toxicity option that will actually work, every time.
Named, never vague
Every material written down before it is used.
Pets planned for
Aquariums covered, birds moved, litter areas kept clear.
We will refuse a job
If only a harsh treatment will work and you would rather not, we say so instead of selling you a weak one.

Both have a place. Here is honestly where each one wins.
| Nirmal herbal protocol | Conventional fogging | |
|---|---|---|
| Odour during and after | Mild, clears in an hour | Strong, lingers for days |
| Time out of the house | About an hour | Half a day or more |
| Around infants & pets | Planned for at booking | Everyone out, no exceptions |
| Where it is applied | Cracks, voids, drains | Misted through living space |
| Material named to you | Always, before we start | Rarely |
| Severe, established infestation | May need escalation — we tell you | Faster knockdown |
| Repeat visits | Follow-up built in | Charged again |
Our standing protocol. Anything outside it is discussed with you first.
What one visit covers and how long you need to be out. Confirmed at inspection.
| Home | On-site time | Covered | Out of the house |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 BHK | 45 min | Kitchen, bath, entry points | 1 hour |
| 2 BHK | 75 min | Kitchen, 2 baths, balcony | 1 hour |
| 3 BHK | 2 hours | Full flat, utility, drains | 1–2 hours |
| Independent house | 3 hours | All floors, garden edge | 2 hours |
Termite work and any escalated protocol carries a longer clearance time. Your technician explains it at the inspection, before you commit — never on the day.
Before we begin
Our technician sits down before opening anything and asks who lives here: ages, pregnancy, asthma or allergies, pets, aquariums, birds, and whether anyone is nursing. That conversation, not the price, decides which materials come out of the bag.
Aquarium aerators go off and tanks get covered. Birds are moved. Litter trays and pet bowls are cleared. Only then does treatment start — and you get the re-entry time in writing before we leave.
Left after the follow-up visit, not on treatment day.
“Seven-month-old at home, so I had put it off for a year. They asked about her before they asked about the cockroaches. Gel only, back inside in an hour, and it worked.”
Meghna Pillai
2 BHK, Kakkanad, Kochi
“I asked what the neem formulation was and the technician wrote the name down and waited while I looked it up on my phone. Nobody has ever done that.”
Karan Bhatia
3 BHK, Sector 47, Gurugram
“They told me straight out that the termites needed a conventional treatment and herbal would not hold. I appreciated being told instead of sold to. Booked it the same day.”
Lakshmi Venkatesh
Independent house, Adyar, Chennai
“Two cats and a planted aquarium. They covered the tank, switched the aerator off and moved the litter trays themselves before starting. Small things, but that is the whole difference.”

Especially the sceptical ones — those are the ones worth answering.
For cockroaches, ants, mosquitoes and most household pests caught before they are entrenched, yes — plant-oil and boric protocols placed at the harbourage work well and keep working. For a heavy established infestation, or for termites, they often will not hold on their own. When that is the case we tell you at the inspection and let you decide, rather than selling you a gentle treatment that quietly fails.
About an hour for most of our work, and only the treated rooms. Termite work and any escalated protocol needs longer — you are told the exact clearance time at the inspection, and it is printed on your report before we leave.
Tell us at booking and the protocol is chosen around it. In practice that means gel and bait placements in areas the family does not touch, no misting, and a written re-entry time. If you would prefer to be out of the house entirely, we will schedule it for a day you are.
Aquarium aerators are switched off and tanks covered before anything begins, birds are moved out of the treated area, and litter trays and bowls are cleared. Mention the pets when you book so the technician arrives planning for them.
No. Our pricing sits in the same range because the saving on material largely covers the extra care in placing it. What you pay for is the time taken to place it properly rather than mist a room.
Inside your warranty window you call us and we come back at no charge. If a herbal protocol was the wrong call for your infestation, we say so, and the escalated treatment is done at the difference in cost — never at full price again.
Yes — neem oil foliar treatment for aphids, mealybugs and whitefly, safe on edible plants with a short harvest interval we will tell you. It is included in the Whole Home plan and bookable on its own.
