Four things we do differently from the person who quoted you over the phone.
Inspection before quote
Nobody can price a treatment without seeing the house. We inspect, photograph the harbourage points and quote from what is actually there.
You see the chemical name
Every service report lists the exact formulation used, its dilution and its approval number. Ask us anything on it — we will answer.
Safe for the people at home
Gel-based and odourless options wherever the job allows, plus a clear re-entry time so you are never guessing when to bring the kids back in.
One number, one team
The same coordinator handles your inspection, your visit and your follow-up. No call-centre loop, no repeating the problem.
Four steps, start to finish. You know what happens next at every point.
Pick a slot online or on WhatsApp. Our technician arrives inside the window, not sometime that day.
Kitchen, bathrooms, wall voids, drains, entry points. You get a written finding and a fixed price before anything is opened.
Furniture protected, occupants briefed, treatment applied to the harbourage — not sprayed around the room for effect.
A checking visit is scheduled into the plan. If activity returns inside the warranty, we come back at no cost.
Numbers we are happy to be held to.

The cheap quote is cheap because it stops at the spray. Here is what that leaves out.
| Kavach plan | One-off spray | |
|---|---|---|
| Inspection before pricing | Always, free | Quoted over the phone |
| Chemical named on your report | Yes, with dilution | Rarely disclosed |
| Treats the nesting points | Cracks, voids, drains, hinges | Open-area spraying |
| Follow-up visit | Built into the plan | Charged again |
| Warranty if activity returns | Free return visits | None |
| Written service report | After every visit | Verbal, if that |
| Same technician team | Assigned to your home | Whoever is free |
Indicative pricing for a 2 BHK. Your inspection confirms the exact figure — it never moves after that.
Single visit
₹1,299/ visit
One concern, one treatment, one follow-up call.
Quarterly care
₹3,499/ year
Four scheduled visits — the plan most homes settle on.
Complete home AMC
₹6,999/ year
Everything covered, including termite and rodent work.
Approximate on-site time and coverage per visit. Your inspection confirms the actual scope.
| Home size | On-site time | Areas covered | Re-entry after |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 BHK | 45–60 min | Kitchen, bath, entry points | 1 hour |
| 2 BHK | 60–90 min | Kitchen, 2 baths, balcony, voids | 1 hour |
| 3 BHK | 90–120 min | Full flat + utility & drains | 2 hours |
| Villa / duplex | 2–3 hours | Both floors, garden edge, drains | 2 hours |
| Bungalow (4,000+ sq ft) | Half day | Full property + perimeter | 3 hours |
Re-entry times are for gel and low-odour treatments. Fogging and anti-termite work carry their own clearance time, which the technician explains on the day.
The people who walk into your home
Every technician on our team is police-verified, trained on the specific chemistry they are licensed to handle, and re-certified each year. They arrive in uniform, carry photo ID, and leave a signed report naming what they used and where.
If something is not right, you are not chasing a call centre. Your coordinator's direct number is on that report, and they are the same person who booked your inspection.
The same list, whichever plan you are on.
Reviews left after the follow-up visit, not on the day of the treatment.
“Three people had sprayed the kitchen before. Kavach opened the shutter tracks and the hinge gaps, showed me where they were actually living, and gelled those. Two weeks and it was over.”
Ritika Nair
2 BHK, Powai, Mumbai
“The written report is the thing. I could show my mother-in-law exactly which chemical went where and that it was safe around the baby. No other agency has ever given me that on paper.”
Arjun Deshpande
3 BHK, Baner, Pune
“Bed bugs, so I expected the usual runaround. Same team came back on day 14 without me having to call and chase. That follow-up is why I renewed the annual plan.”

If yours is not here, ask the coordinator — we would rather answer it before you book.
Yes. A technician visits, inspects and gives you a written finding and a fixed price. If you decide not to go ahead, there is nothing to pay and nobody will keep calling you.
For most cockroach, ant and bed bug work, no — those are gel and targeted applications with a short re-entry time for the treated rooms only. Fogging and anti-termite work do need the house vacated for a few hours; the technician tells you before the day, never on it.
We use the lowest-toxicity option that will actually solve your problem, and we tell you exactly what it is. Pets and children stay out of treated rooms for the re-entry time printed on your report. Fish tanks are covered and aerators switched off before we start — tell us at booking if you have one.
A phone quote is a guess. Ours is written after someone has seen your kitchen. It includes the follow-up visit and the warranty, so nothing is added later. Compare the two on what is actually covered, not on the first number.
Inside the warranty window on your plan, you call us and we come back. There is no charge and no argument about whether it counts.
Most areas we cover get a slot within 48 hours, and same-day slots stay open until 8 PM for urgent work. Bed bug and rodent calls are prioritised.
Yes — common areas, basements, garbage rooms, drain lines and terrace water tanks, on an annual contract with a single point of contact for the committee. Ask the coordinator for a society proposal.
One short mail before each season — what is about to become a problem, and what you can do yourself before it does.
