6 AM to midnight, seven days a week. Orders placed after midnight are delivered from 6 AM the next morning.
You are messaged before the order leaves the store and that item is refunded straight away. We never substitute a brand without asking you first.

Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method, usually within 24 hours. Cash on Delivery refunds go to your bank account or UPI ID once you share it with us.
