Before you order heavy gear
Benches arrive mostly assembled and take 20–30 minutes with the bolts and Allen keys in the box. Full racks and cable machines are a two-person job — the illustrated manual walks you through it and our team is on WhatsApp if you get stuck.
Anything above 25 kg moves by surface freight to your doorstep. The courier calls before delivery, so please have someone available — a loaded plate set or rack should never be lifted single-handed.
Frames and welds are covered up to five years. Cables, pulleys, pads, bearings and other moving parts are covered for twelve months. Normal wear, rust from outdoor storage and commercial-gym use fall outside the cover.
Yes, within 7 days if it is unused and in its original packaging. Reverse pickup for freight items is arranged by our team; for non-defective returns the return freight is deducted from the refund.
For anything above 40 kg, lay rubber gym mats or interlocking tiles. They protect the floor, cut noise for the neighbours and keep the frame from shifting mid-set.
