Compatibility, warranty, replacements
Every listing names the exact models it fits. If your model is not on that list, message us before ordering — we will tell you straight that it does not fit rather than sell you a maybe.
Manufacturing faults: ports that stop working, cables that stop charging, earbuds that lose a channel, power banks that stop holding charge. Physical damage, water damage and normal wear on cable jackets are not covered.
Report it within 48 hours with a short video showing the fault. A replacement ships the same day at our cost — we do not ask you to courier the old one first.
Branded items come from the brand's authorised distributor and carry the brand's own warranty. Our own-label accessories are labelled as ours and carry our 6-month warranty. Nothing is sold as a brand it is not.
Orders placed before 4pm on a working day leave the same evening. After that, the next morning. Tracking reaches you on WhatsApp the moment the label is printed.
