Every frame carries three numbers printed inside the temple arm — for example 52▫18-140. That is lens width, bridge width and temple length in millimetres.

The quickest check: take a pair you already find comfortable, read the three numbers off the inside of the arm, and pick a frame within 2 mm of them. If you have never worn glasses, measure your face from temple to temple with a ruler in the mirror and use the last column.

Frames are returnable within 7 days unused, and all lenses carry a 1-year warranty against scratches and coating defects.
Stand about 20 cm from a mirror, hold a ruler against your brow and measure from the centre of one pupil to the centre of the other in millimetres. Most adults fall between 58 and 68 mm. If you leave it blank we use 62 mm, which works for the majority of single-vision powers.
Yes on ready-to-wear sunglasses and zero-power frames. Prescription lenses are cut specially to your power and can't be resold, so those orders are prepaid only — UPI, cards and net banking all work.
Rinse under tap water first to wash off grit, then use the spray and microfibre cloth from the box. Never use a shirt, tissue or paper towel — that is what puts fine scratches through the anti-glare coating.
