Made by hand, in India
Every piece is turned, fired, carved or printed by artisan families in Channapatna, Moradabad, Jaipur and Kutch.
Free gift wrapping
Kraft paper, jute twine and a handwritten note — add your message at checkout, at no extra cost.
Packed to survive the journey
Ceramics and glass travel double-boxed in moulded pulp. If anything arrives broken, we replace it free.
Plastic-free packaging
Recycled cartons, paper tape and shredded-paper cushioning. Nothing in the box needs to go to landfill.
Everything is produced in small batches, so what you buy has usually left the workshop within the last month.
Each item is inspected for glaze pinholes, chips, splinters and finish before it earns a tag and a listing.
Larger decor takes about a week. The dispatch window is stated on the product page before you pay.
Every piece is shaped by skilled artisans across India — no two are exactly alike, and that's the beauty of handmade.
A hand-thrown bowl carries the potter's fingerprints in its walls. A block-printed runner shows where the block was lifted and set down again. A brass diya keeps the hammer mark where it was raised from a flat sheet.
These are not flaws. They are the reason you chose handmade over machine-made — and the only proof that a person, not a press, made the thing on your shelf.

It will. Every item is made by hand, so colour, glaze and grain vary a little from one to the next. We photograph a representative piece, never an idealised one.
Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we ship a replacement free, or refund you in full. You do not need to send the broken piece back.
Yes — wedding favours, corporate gifting and custom sizes are all possible. Write to us with the quantity and your date; most custom runs need three to four weeks.
Wipe brass with a lemon-and-salt paste when it darkens, then dry it fully. Terracotta should be hand-washed, never left soaking and never put in a dishwasher.
