No. Our pharmacist can answer questions about a product's pack, storage, availability and handling, but anything about what to take or how much to take is a question for your doctor.
We dispatch stock with a healthy remaining shelf life, and the batch number and expiry date for every item are printed on your invoice.
Yes. Everything ships in plain outer packaging with no indication of the contents, and your invoice travels inside the box.
Sealed, unopened non-prescription items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. For safety reasons, medicines and opened items can't be taken back once they've left our custody.
