Chyawanprash, kadha, churnas and herbal oils prepared to classical Ayurvedic recipes — in small batches, in an Ayush-licensed unit, with every herb and its quantity printed on the pack.
Four things we print on the carton, not just the website.
Herbs, named and measured
Every ingredient and its quantity is printed on the pack. Never an unnamed 'proprietary blend'.
Classical recipes
Preparations follow the proportions documented in classical Ayurvedic texts, made in small batches.
Ayush-licensed unit
Made in a licensed manufacturing unit — the licence number is printed on every carton.
Sealed and dated
Batch code, manufacturing date and expiry on the pack. GST invoice inside the box.
Four stages, and nothing skipped between them.
Herbs bought season by season from growers we buy from directly, and dried before they travel.
Cleaned, graded and weighed to the proportions the classical recipe actually calls for.
Slow-cooked or stone-ground in an Ayush-licensed unit, a few hundred packs at a time.
Each batch goes for independent purity testing before it is sealed, coded and shipped.

Our promise
Aushadhi began in a kitchen in Pune with a family chyawanprash recipe and a simple frustration: the jars on the shop shelf never said how much amla was actually inside them.
So we print it. Every herb, every quantity, every batch code. The recipes come from classical Ayurvedic texts, the herbs come from growers we can name, and the preparation happens in an Ayush-licensed unit a few hundred packs at a time. None of that is new — it is simply how it used to be done.
Recipes from the texts
Formulations follow classical Ayurvedic preparations, not seasonal marketing trends.
Nothing hidden
Full ingredient list with quantities on every single pack we sell.
Growers we can name
Herbs bought season by season from farms we deal with directly.
Five things worth looking for on the label — ours or anyone else's.
| Aushadhi | Typical herbal pack | |
|---|---|---|
| Every herb named with its quantity | Printed on the pack | Often just a blend name |
| Ayush manufacturing licence number | On every carton | Sometimes missing |
| Batch code, manufacturing date and expiry | All three | Often expiry only |
| Independent purity test per batch | Yes, on request | Rarely shared |
| Added sugar or artificial colour | None | Common in syrups |
“The chyawanprash tastes like the one my nani used to make, and the jar actually lists how much amla is in it. That is why I reordered.”

“I sent them the batch code out of curiosity and had the purity report the next morning. That kind of straightforwardness is rare.”

We can't advise on that. Herbal preparations can interact with prescription medication, so please show the pack's ingredient list to your doctor or a registered Ayurvedic practitioner before you begin.
Keep jars tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from sunlight, and always use a dry spoon. Most preparations carry a 24-month shelf life from manufacture — the date is printed on the pack.
