A clear phone photo of the doctor's prescription is enough — no scanner, no app, no clinic visit.
A pharmacist reads it
We check the drug, strength and dosage, flag anything unclear and call you back within 15 minutes.
You approve, then pay
We send the final list with prices and substitutes. Nothing is billed until you say yes. UPI, card or Cash on Delivery.
Delivered discreetly
Plain unmarked packaging, tracked dispatch, same-day in select cities. The invoice carries every batch and expiry.

Questions about ordering medicine
If yours isn't here, our pharmacist is on WhatsApp between 8am and 10pm.
Prescription-only medicines require a valid doctor's prescription, which you can upload during checkout or send on WhatsApp. Over-the-counter products, supplements and devices need none.
We buy only from licensed distributors, never from the open market. Every strip we dispatch has its batch number and expiry printed on your invoice, so you can match it against the pack in your hand.
Sealed, unopened medicines can be returned within 48 hours of delivery if the packaging is undamaged. For safety reasons opened strips, refrigerated items and used devices cannot be taken back.
Yes. Tell us the medicines and the date they run out, and we message you three days before to confirm — you reply once and it ships. Nothing auto-charges.
No. Orders go out in plain, unmarked outer packaging with only your name and address. The invoice sits sealed inside.
